Electrical Engineer

What You’ll Do:
- Electrical Hardware Design: Contribute to both the development and production phases of advanced aerospace systems, designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex electrical circuit card assemblies (CCAs).
- Lead Troubleshooting Efforts: Utilize your expertise in DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and automated testing equipment to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in electrical hardware.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Lead and coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams and suppliers to ensure seamless production, from resolving non-conformances to participating in failure investigations.
- Drive Solutions: Work on the cutting edge of aerospace and missile technology, interpreting complex electrical schematics, leading failure investigations, and recommending innovative solutions to technical challenges.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven Expertise in electrical hardware design and troubleshooting, with experience in aerospace or a similar industry.
- Strong skills in reading and interpreting complex schematics and working with advanced electrical testing equipment.
- Attention to Detail: A process-driven mindset with a keen focus on quality and technical excellence.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to achieve success.
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be eligible for Security Clearance as needed.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with engineering estimates and working with suppliers on failure investigations.
- Knowledge of Control Account Management (CAM) and prior experience on Material Review Boards (MRB) in a production setting.
- Cross-Discipline Systems Engineering: Familiarity with requirements development, hardware/software integration, and systems engineering processes.
- PAC-3 Program Knowledge: Experience with PAC-3 products, production processes, and root cause analysis is a plus.
