Job Summary: Sales and Product Technical Support Representative - Buffalo, NY
Professional Supply Group is a Rochester, NY based national distributor of equipment, supplies, chemicals, and technical support for service contractors in the following fields; cleaning and restoration, pressure washing, concrete surface profiling, concrete polishing, and industrial epoxy floor systems. Conducting sales and service via brick and mortar stores, e-commerce website, social media, email blasts, phone orders, and Amazon, we take pride in providing the best quality service, education of our customers, product knowledge, and custom tech support through first-hand experience.
This role will focus on selling Tools, Supplies, & Equipment to Contractors performing services in Concrete Prep & Polishing, Industrial Epoxy Floors, Concrete Sealers & Stains, and other decorative concrete products.
Regular Business Hours:
Mon - Fri; 8:00am-4:30pm

Do you have a passion for educating customers on “the best tool or product for the job?” Do you have a proven track record of cold-calling and relationship building? The inside sales representative is responsible for creating and establishing lasting business relationships with both new and existing customers discovered through customer prospect lists, social media, local/regional/national segments, and more. The Inside Sales Rep will utilize our specialized CRM to maintain existing customer relationships, prospect new customer leads, qualify new customer leads, educate all leads on products/services we offer, as well as the benefits and value we provide.
Responsibilities
- Utilize our existing database of thousands of leads and customers to build and sustain sales.
- Use resources provided to acquire new leads and customers
- Stay in touch with existing customers / leads within assigned territories.
- Use our CRM Customer Relationship Management Software to manage all clients, leads, quotes, sales, and follow-up initiatives.
- Discover and reach out to new prospective leads, follow up with existing assigned customers, respond to sales inquiries.
- Generate consistent growth sales trends through effective lead management utilizing a supportive partnership approach to consult customers in a fair and ethical manner.
- Use customer feedback to assist with Clean Pro Supply buying decisions
- Proactively learn about new products and services, inquire about desired products and services from clients.
- Communicate effectively with all in-house team members. Be creative. Provide insight for daily operation and strategy. Be receptive to feedback and instruction.
- Attend and/or plan training workshops, expos, and other industry trade shows.
Requirements

- Positive and Energetic
- 1-3 Years Experience as inside sales rep or field experience (Preferred)
