We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, business development, and customer service. Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
Duties:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales efforts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, technical sales, or business development
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in account management and CRM software
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $61,722.00 - $72,488.00 per year
Compensation package:

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Automotive sales: 2 years (Preferred)
