Brand Sales Representative

Immediate Hire for Full Time Brand Sales Representative

Since we opened, Vanguard STL has been crushing the direct telecommunications marketing and sales industry. We are looking to employ a Full Time Brand Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service and drive in-store sales for our clients' brands.

The Brand Sales Representative aims to establish rapport with customers and offer our clients the latest products and services.

As a representative, you will be the face of our top clients. Our goal is to increase sales and brand awareness for the brands we work with. Our brand representatives are expected to be self-starters, effective communicators, good listeners, and motivated to hit their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This position involves handling daily one-on-one sales interactions with consumers in retail settings
  • Meet and exceed sales goals within the assigned territory
  • Build brand awareness and successfully sell various telecommunication services in-store
  • Drive sales and increase brand awareness through upselling
  • Assist customers in determining needs while suggesting products within your brand to fulfill those needs
  • Generate in-store events for brands and increase brand awareness and sales
  • Responsible for developing positive retailer relationships

Qualification Requirements:

  • A proven track record of achieving set standards and goals
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude and ability to be flexible and handle challenges in a positive manner
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
