Job Description

Wired Electric is an Electrical Contracting company dedicated to attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent while fostering a cohesive company culture built on our core values. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a People and Culture Manager to assist in our administrative efforts and take leadership over talent acquisition, employee development, and cultural enhancement.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

1. Talent Acquisition

Craft and manage job postings and interview processes across a variety of positions
Research and determine appropriate candidate compensation ranges
Oversee and refine employee onboarding process for all new hires

2. Employee Experience

Track employee engagement and implement solutions based on employee feedback
Oversee training, development, and continuing education programs
Implement and administer Human Resources processes (benefits, payroll, etc.)

3. Company Culture and Communications

Establish and maintain communication channels across all levels of the organization
Cultivate a unifying and enjoyable company culture focused on our core values

4. General Administrative

Compile and deliver reports on key Financial, Operational and People & Culture KPI’s
Assist Office Manager with ad hoc bookkeeping, invoicing and customer success

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the home services industry
Expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and performance management
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll administration
Strategic thinker with a passion for fostering a positive company culture
