The AT&T Sales Representative would be handling all of the front-end client acquisition for the sales department and finalizing deals based on their needs. Being able to troubleshoot issues, understand product knowledge and maintain relationships throughout the entirety of our services will be essential skills that are used daily. The foundation of our company’s success remains on the personability and friendliness that our representatives are taught to show and represent, so any individual with a similar attitude is encouraged to apply!
AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Implement sales procedures, breakdown consumer trends and analysis, and brainstorm new and innovative client acquisition strategies
- Maintain relationships with clients throughout the entirety of the sales process by answering their questions, offering different products, services, or promotional campaigns, and making sure you are always their first point of contact with the company
- Follow the most up-to-date product knowledge to be able to represent the entire campaign to consumers resulting in sales accurately
- Manage a multitude of territories, learning how to effectively reach different consumer bases and maximizing the potential number of clients in any possible territory
- Have an upbeat attitude that creates the utmost satisfaction for our clients and further strengthens our company’s reputation as a highly respected sales firm with exceptional customer service
AT&T Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experience in either a sales representative or customer services role
- The openness to take constructive criticism and develop new skills
- Comfortability in a fast-paced, hands-on environment meeting the needs of consumers
- A competitive/team-friendly mindset
- Willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile for different coworkers and different clientele
- Passion for sales and providing the most efficient and best service possible
- Excellent verbal skills in a professional setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
