Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to support our Inside Sales Representatives in their efforts to connect with homeowners and adjusters. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. This role offers hands-on training, exposure to high-value sales techniques, and significant opportunities for growth within the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Call Homeowners & Adjusters: Reach out to homeowners and adjusters via phone to gather information, provide assistance, and schedule appointments for Inside Sales Representatives.
- Pulling Damage Reports: Utilize various software tools and databases to pull damage reports and gather relevant information to support sales efforts.
- Onboarding Reports: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing and organizing necessary documentation and reports for new clients.
- Retrieving Insurance Estimates: Coordinate with insurance providers to obtain accurate estimates and documentation to facilitate the sales process.
- Setting Up Conversations: Schedule and coordinate meetings between homeowners and Inside Sales Representatives, ensuring all parties are well-prepared and informed.
