On the Water Designs is currently seeking an ambitious Sales Representative for the Muskoka Region. The Sales Representative will service all newly acquired clients, walk-in's, phone and online traffic. Offering superb customer service and knowledge to assist our clients in making a great decision for their property will be key to the candidates' success in his/her role. We are partnered with Home Depot as their Dock Specialists, giving the candidate a huge lead generation opportunity when on site. Being creative in seeking new clients during our shoulder season will drive your sales goals to all-time highs, as we build all year round. If you are the right fit for us, you will enjoy servicing our clients with the desired dock design they've dreamed about. Your strong relationship building skills and closing skills will make you an excellent asset to our small, growing team.

A work week is Monday to Friday and weekends as required during April - October.

Candidate must have:

· Minimally 2 year’s of sales experience

· Professional, self motivated and driven to achieve agreed sales goals in our short, fast-paced season

· Dependable

· Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, G Suite, CRM & ERP based software

· Experience within a construction field or hardware store would be an asset but not required.

On the Water Designs has been manufacturing aluminum docks, boatlifts, floats, hardware, and accessories for over 20 years. In that time, we have developed a diverse network of clients which include Waterfront Property Owners, Commercial Developers, Lumber Yards, Marinas & Dock Building Experts. Our staff have the design expertise and range of products to successfully win business in each of these markets.

Our property is located on a picturesque Muskoka landscape featuring a natural pond, Canadian shield and pine forests, making our work environment much more enjoyable than a long commute to the city.
