Job Description

Colorado/West Equipment, Inc., a local family-owned school, and commercial bus dealer, is currently seeking a Full-Time Parts Sales/ Customer Service Representative for our Frederick, CO location. Salary and commission will be determined by experience. Candidates will be detail oriented, hard-working, reliable, and have experience with parts sales/service.

Job Responsibilities May Include

Maintain the in-house parts counter.
Handle customer service calls and requests.
Receive and process orders both over the phone and with customer walk-ins.
Communicate and work with customers to find solutions to their problems and needs.
Update and ensure accuracy of the parts database.
Possibility of outside sales.

Job Skills/Requirements

The ability to connect with customers, the capacity to understand the technical aspect of bus, truck and auto parts, as well as dedication to serving the customers’ needs are essential for personal and company success.
Prior parts experience in the automotive, truck equipment, mobility, and/or specialty vehicle industries preferred.
Strong computer skills and internet savvy.
Strong attention to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
