Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales presentations and promote solar energy products to potential customers in home and at kiosk in major department stores.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer information, and generate sales reports
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success
Experience:
- Proven experience in solar sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in using Salesforce software or similar CRM systems
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of the solar energy market and industry trends
- Experience in door-to-door sales is a plus
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable
