X-Act Finish & Trim is a Corona based carpentry company that installs various amounts of finish carpentry material. We specialize in single & multifamily homes across Southern California. We are seeking a senior estimator that is well familiarized with providing provision of cost estimates for large finish & trim carpentry projects.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the director of sales to ensure all projects are evaluated and correctly estimated according to costs and budget.
- Maintain proper decision making when choosing suitable materials and hardware for projects; while prioritizing quality & cost efficiency.
- Create competitive proposals & bids for clients and builders while sustaining a positive relationship with them.
- Coordinate with bidding/estimating team to achieve company goals.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years Experience In Relevant Role (Required)
- Excel Proficient (Required)
- Relevant Educational Degree (Helpful)
- Finish & Trim background – Knowledge of Industry, Material, Sales (Helpful)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
