Kamloops Truss is currently seeking a Business Development Manager (Construction) to join our team in Kamloops, BC.

Position Overview:

A Business Development Manager in the construction sector is a pivotal player in driving
new business growth for the company. Working closely with construction sales
teams, they identify strategic
opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with prospects. This role
combines analytical skills, collaboration, and persuasive communication to
achieve revenue-driven success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Construction Management, or a related field would be an asset.

Job Type: Full-Time.

Salary: $35.00-$45.00/hr. based on a combination of skills and experience.

Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday – Friday, no weekends, overtime may be required.
