What is your role in the company:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with Entrepôts AB's customers. This involves prospecting, preparing, negotiating and concluding commercial agreements with these stakeholders. The person is also responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and responding to requests and questions from potential and current customers. The person is responsible for the automotive paint division's customers throughout Quebec.

Main responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers, i.e. make sure to gather detailed information on current and future customers and identify decision-makers and their business priorities;
  • Analyze information on current and potential accounts and implement detailed action plans in terms of sales and profit objectives for these accounts, prioritizing business opportunities and building internal alignment around objectives;
  • Visit bodyshops across Quebec to create and maintain parternships;
  • Monitor and report on performance and forecasts in relation to his/her detailed action plans to the department manager and create mitigation plans to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded;
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent time management, ability to plan and prioritize workload;
  • Ensure good communication with other departments.

Specific tasks :

  • Maximize customer sales by category (allied, industrial and other products);
  • Develop proposals, recommend products based on an excellent knowledge of customer needs while maximizing business opportunities that are appropriate for them;
  • Identify target markets to develop new business partners, develop and maintain a network of contacts to solicit and generate meetings for new business agreements with major accounts;
  • Attend customer events;
  • Establish a prospecting calendar;
  • Develop and carry out customer presentations and negotiate commercial agreements;
  • Manage itineraries, special agreements and discounts;
  • Inform customers of current and upcoming promotions and new products;
  • Establish and develop excellent relationships with current and potential customers, and ensure follow-up and customer satisfaction;
  • Have special agreements, including discounts, validated by sales management;
  • Produce and submit monthly expense reports;
  • Follow-up on credits and special agreements with accounting on a monthly basis;
  • Respect transport rules;
  • Document follow-up of opportunities and customer visits according to internal procedures.

Our next colleague :

  • Holds a DEP in sales consulting, ASP in representation, DES or any equivalent combination of training and experience;
  • Is bilingual (spoken and written French and English);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • Very good knowledge of automotive paintwork;
  • Has a minimum of 3 years' experience as a sales representative;
  • Proficient in customer relationship management systems to track opportunities and account management;
  • Knowledge of personalized customer service and customer experience;
  • Excels at maintaining business relationships and developing new ones;
  • Is action- and results-oriented;
  • Is challenge and/or goal oriented and motivated;
  • Has the ability to influence and mobilize people;
  • Demonstrates autonomy and rigor at work;
  • Performs well under pressure;
  • Is a good communicator and an active listener;
  • Is a team player;
  • Willing to travel throughout Quebec;
  • Has strong organizational skills and excellent management of priorities and workload;
  • Excels in negotiating contracts, prices and terms with customers;
  • Demonstrates proactivity to achieve sales objectives;
  • Has a thorough understanding of paint products, materials and market trends;
  • Has the ability to create and deliver effective presentations for customers, particularly for technical or complex products.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
