Western Title is hiring salespeople to fuel our growth. In the last few months, we’ve carefully restructured our company to be better, faster, more agile and ready to capture a much bigger share of the Las Vegas Title market. We’ve added new Escrow Officers, a new Title Officer, and a new Chief Operating Officer. The only person we’re missing is you- a world class title sales professional who knows how to win new business. This is a true hunter position focused on identifying, engaging and closing new customers.

Here’s what’s in it for you:

1. The sky is the limit. This is a base plus commission position and the commission is uncapped. This means that your salary is only limited by your hard work, determination and intelligence. Good reps make 100,000K+. Great reps make even more.

2. Sell something you can believe ina! You’ll be selling Western Title’s expert title knowledge, experienced escrow officers and flexibility. There is no one in Las Vegas more able to adapt to customer needs and requests than we are. Unlike the big corporate title companies, we can pick the right underwriter for the right situation. We understand their risk tolerances and we know how to get transaction done – smoothly and with minimal risk.

3. We’ll train you in everything you need to know including how to sell the products and how to close the business. We’re also open to your ideas. If you’ve got a great idea, we’re all ears. We’ve got some new proprietary technology to help real estate agents find and close more deals.

4. High Potential Territory – Las Vegas is booming. There is money to be made and 2024 is shaping up to be a recovery year from 2023.

Requirements

Previous Title Experience is a plus

Documented history of success in a sales role

A track record of winning- tenacity and closing

Self-motivated sales hunter, with the discipline and resourcefulness to work smart
