Professional Sales Associate

Description:

Judd & Black Appliance is an 80-year-old, locally owned and family operated independent appliance and barbeque retailer with six locations in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.

Summary of Position:

Major Appliance retailer has an open position for a professional salesperson. Seeking an ideal team member with an outgoing personality and strong desire to succeed. Educated in sales principals, with an understanding of qualifying and closing customers is expected. We are looking for an honest, trustworthy, and friendly sales professional for long-term employment.

Wages/Schedule:

Full Time – 40hrs per week.
Weekends Required
$80,000+ when meeting minimum sales goals. (Commission & Bonuses)
$120,000+ for high achieving individuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience.
Capable of consistently meeting minimum sales goals.
Ability to qualify customer needs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Have a professional and courteous attitude.
Punctual and dependable.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
Capable of using standard Windows based computers/programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively handle customer problems and conflicts.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
