Overview

Go-Forth Home Services is seeking a candidate that understands how crucial customer service is and how to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively communicate and educate/upsell our clients regarding our home services and products. The candidate will be provided thorough training, giving them the opportunity to learn and grow within the company. The training will allow the candidate to flourish within the role while applying their own skill set. This is an exciting opportunity where you can work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls to existing clients for upspelling opportunities
  • Updating customer information in our CRM platform to maintain accuracy
  • Answering questions from prospects and resolving/educating existing customer inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments for home services
  • Maintaining an adequate sale close rate *other duties as assigned*

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
  • Active listening skills with the ability to multi task (required)
  • Thrive off of coaching, feedback, practice and teamwork (required)
  • Self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service (required)
  • Experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work well individually and as a team (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
