Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and market analysis for management review.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying potential clients and expanding the existing client base.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
