Job Summary:
As an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in expanding our customer base through proactive lead generation, meaningful touchpoints, and direct outreach. Your success will be defined by meeting quota expectations, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role with significant earning potential for ambitious, results-oriented individuals.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Includes the following key areas and duties, as defined by Senior Leadership, which may be modified or increased as necessary:
Sales Outreach & Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to attract potential buyers and generate qualified leads.
- Initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Foster meaningful interactions at conferences and other live events.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build relationships with prospects to identify needs and qualify sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations tailored to prospects' needs.
- Facilitate the progression of leads through the marketing funnel, connecting prospects with account executives.
Sales Funnel Management
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers and product owners.
- Coordinate product demos that fit the ideal customer profile.
- Ensure follow-up and consistent communication with prospects and customers to maintain satisfaction and discover new opportunities.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
- Collaborate on strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field.
- Successful completion of coursework in sales techniques, marketing, and communication may be advantageous.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, MS Office
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
