Regional Sales Representative – Commercial Foodservice Equipment
Douglas Equipment – National and International Foodservice Equipment Dealer/Distributor - is a second-generation family-owned business that has been serving the foodservice industry for almost 40 years.
Location: Remote (Regional)
Job Overview: Douglas Equipment is seeking dynamic, experienced sales representatives to join our growing team. As a large national dealer with a small business culture, we provide a supportive work environment where your success is our priority. In this role, you will be responsible for selling foodservice equipment to customers in your assigned region, and you'll work remotely. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with foodservice equipment buyers in your region.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for new and repeat business.
- Provide expert product recommendations and solutions to customers.
- Work independently from a home office, with minimal weekly check-ins and updates to the main office.
- Leverage internal support to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales, Business, or Marketing) or Culinary Degree, or equivalent military or practical experience.
· At least 5 years of experience in sales of foodservice equipment.
· Proven track record of successful sales performance.
· Proficiency in Microsoft programs
· Working knowledge of AutoQuotes
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation
· Must be located within the designated region and able to travel to meet with customers.
· Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance

Pay: $69,674.00 - $81,312.00 per year
