Job Description
Our company is seeking a talented, organized, and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively and professionally communicate with customers via telephone and email, leveraging strong customer service skills and an aptitude for selling. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for speaking with clients and assisting them with a variety of activities including setting up new accounts, answering questions about accounts or products, transferring calls to other departments or representatives, taking payment information and processing orders.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with existing customers to determine the need for specific products or services.
- Engage new customers in discussions about the benefits of the products and services offered by your company.
- Present information about your company and its products to new and potential customers.
- Coach new employees and provide them with critical guidance to be successful in their new positions.
- Be responsible for closing sales opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,961.00 - $59,520.00 per year
