Job Description
Responsibilities of Technical Inside Pumps Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Qualifications of the Technical Inside Pumps Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
- 5 years of Pump Parts or related experience
- Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
- Regular in-person attendance required
- Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Physical Demand: Lifting up to 50lbs assisting in shipping and receiving
Working Conditions: Office
Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Travel: Seldom
Education: High School diploma. Some college preferred
