Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to lead generation and the ability to effectively communicate our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Engage in outside sales activities, including meeting potential clients in person.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to strategize sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing deals.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.

Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous for understanding product offerings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week

  • Wilmington, NC 28403: Relocate before starting work (Required)
