Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including meeting potential clients in person.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the client's needs.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing deals.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong outside sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the industry.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is advantageous for understanding product offerings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
