Position Overview: Director of Growth and Development (Director of Sales)
The Director of Growth and Development is a key leadership role responsible for driving our growth strategy, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue expansion. This role involves working with various teams to develop and execute data-driven strategies to accelerate growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Planning
- Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Data-Driven Decision Making
- Use data analytics to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Design and implement customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.

Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue revenue growth opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to optimize the sales funnel.

Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and inspire a team of growth marketers and Sales Managers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.

Performance Measurement
- Establish KPIs and metrics to track growth initiatives.
- Report on growth performance to executive leadership.

- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Implement a testing framework to measure the impact of growth initiatives.

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience:
- 7-10 years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Leadership experience managing teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments.
