Container Storage is an established and growing portable storage container rental and sales company. We are looking for a successful, energetic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Milton WA branch. You will be building relationships with contractors, retailers, small business owners and other business types through inbound and outbound calls and lead follow up. You will be responsible for finding, calling and following up on sales leads, preparing and sending sales quotes, doing timely follow up, closing deals and preparing lease and sale documents for customer presentation. In addition, you will be directly involved in all levels of customer interaction that generate rentals and sales. To be successful you should be organized, eager to learn and participate, not afraid to pick up the phone and make outbound calls. You are ready to pitch in with whatever needs to get done to help our customers and successfully grow the branch. We work hard and have fun doing it. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Making outbound prospecting calls to potential and existing customers
- Data mine for potential leads and prospective new business, self-generate leads
- Identify, prospect, and close sales with key decision makers
- Answer inbound calls and document all communications
- Update account details in Salesforce.com with potential customers
- Lead generation through asking for referrals prospecting and cold calling
- Explaining costs and preparing quotes and lease and sale paperwork
- Responsible for assisting in the growth of new and current customer base
- Help to resolve any service issues, billing issues or customer complaints
- Work with others on closing orders and preparing and sending paperwork to customers
- Keep accurate files on closed transactions
Required skills and abilities
- Strong communication and phone sales skills
- Pick up the phone and make calls to prospective customers
- Organized and efficient. Good time management skills
- A track record of success and achieving or beating goals and quotas
- Desire to be a part of a team that thrives on hard work and success
- Ability to build relationships over the phone
- Work as a team member and help other succeed
- Proficient with MS Office/Outlook/Excel/Word
Education and experience
- Experience: 2 years of business to business inside sales experience
- Knowledge of the equipment rental business and the construction industry
- Understanding of the geography of Seattle/Tacoma and the surrounding counties
- Salesforce.com experience a plus

- Base salary $50,000 to OTE $85,000+
