As an insurance sales rep, youll help clients address their insurance needs while developing meaningful relationships with both them and the community. We don't run from failure. Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $36,500 and first-year commissions are expected to be around $8,000.
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start at $38,500 and commissions are expected to earn around $12,000.
Salary: $42500.00 - $55000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Utilize our marketing to establish and carry on relationships with new and existing clients.
- Insurance Policy Customization: This is the value of what we do. We figure out their real need. We don't just give them what they already have.
- Sales Strategy: Goals are important. We work together to figure out a plan for how to get there.
- Networking: Identify and cultivate business opportunities through community engagement, networking events, and referrals.
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degrees are a plus.
- Licensing: Must hold or be willing to obtain an Ohio Property & Casualty License within 30 days of offer.
- Communication Skills: You will be on the phone all day long. Strong communication skills are essential.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency: Competence with MS Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous.
