- Previous experience in B2B sales, parts sales, counter sales, parts distribution, industrial distribution, hose and hydraulic is highly desired but not required
- You excel in a hunter role, proactively seeking new business.
- You build strong relationships and convert leads into long-term customers.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect, identify, and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and presentations.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships and address inquiries.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and product developments.
- Customer Focused: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
- Base salary with uncapped commission.
- Bridge program based on experience for financial stability.
