  • Key Responsibilities of the Role:
    • Focus on closing deals and increasing revenue
    • Manage appointments set for you, understanding client needs, presenting options, and closing sales
    • Lead initiatives that create revenue through innovative approaches
    • Build rapport and demonstrate expertise, knowledge, and market savvy
    • Ensure a consistent and enjoyable experience for potential clients learning about our solutions


  • Performance Metrics:
    • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and outcomes
    • Strong phone sales performance
    • Effective management of your sales funnel
    • Delivering engaging presentations to interested clients
    • Following up to answer questions and make progress toward outcomes
    • Building financial success plans for long-term client success
    • Evaluating client needs and financial status
    • Collaborating with team and marketing to ensure alignment in messaging
    • Demonstrating enthusiasm and market intelligence in all client interactions


  • Measurable Accountabilities:
    • Revenue production
    • Prospecting and qualifying warm leads
    • Reporting, forecasting, and CRM management
    • Sales presentations and setting client expectations
    • Ensuring a positive client experience (NPS)

    • Ability to present and articulate value propositions clearly
    • Technology experience with G-Suite and general sales tools
    • Positive indicators with HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC)
    • (Optional) Previous experience in real estate is a plus
