Compensation: $24 - $30 per hour + Benefits

American Air Balance Co., LLC is an HVAC Certification Test and Balance Agency. We provide our services in the southwestern United States with offices in Anaheim, California and Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a growth industry, with excellent potential development and a great pay package for the right person.
Strong organizational skills are required. Specifically, attention to detail along with the ability to multitask and work with multiple software programs simultaneously are necessary.
Responsibilities
· Setup and process quotes and proposals.
· Coordinate, scheduling and setting up appointments with potential clients for outside Sales staff
· Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
· Present and sell company services to current and potential clients
· Follow up on proposals through client contact
· Achieve and maintain rapport with customers to give them the best possible service
· Track projects in order to generate business
· Develop and maintain sales material and current services information
· Communicate new service opportunities and general feedback from clients
· Work with clients, vendors and other employees/departments to assure smooth, efficient operation and unparalleled service to out clients.
· Other duties as assigned
· Seek out new opportunities by meeting with owners/clients and discussing their needs
Qualifications - Must Have
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and Marketing or similar field of study which may be substituted by associate's degree and (2) two years work experience
· Good people skills – lots of customer contact
· Strong work ethic and detail oriented
· Dependable, consistent and reliable work habits
· Positive attitude
· Self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture
· Time management skills - able to manage multiple priorities effectively

· Ability to read and understand HVAC plans is a plus
