Job Description

This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure – including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar – helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.

What you'll be part of:

Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values: Multistakeholder, Mindfulness, Driven by Excellence and High Integrity. Circlers are consistently evolving in a remote world where strength in numbers fuels team success. We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.

What you'll work on:

Global Mobility:

  • Create new partnerships with relocation vendors to administer domestic transfers and international relocations and assignments, including creating cost projections and relocation/assignment letters.
  • Coordinate resolutions to complex mobility cases with relocation vendors.
  • Monitor immigration and mobility compliance and risks.
  • Coordinate payments related to the mobility program (e.g., billing/invoices, reimbursements, general expenses).
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to create and communicate relocation packages, answering questions and resolving issues.
  • Communicate global mobility policies and procedures across the globe.
  • Consult with Talent, other stakeholders, and business units to determine the options for international moves.
  • Provide advice on international employee mobilization topics, creating and building knowledge in our global mobility information repository.
  • Develop new approaches to streamline mobility processes globally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key HR and business contacts.
  • Manage a portfolio of cases across different business divisions and levels.
  • Manage the assignee/permanent transfer experience from beginning to end.
  • Work closely with external vendors to ensure exceptional service to employees and maximize cost efficiencies.
  • Coordinate internal transfer requirements for international assignments and permanent transfers, such as payroll, pension, benefits, and HRIS updates.

You will aspire to our four core values:

  • High Integrity - you seek open and honest communication, and you hold yourself to very high moral and ethical standards. You reject manipulation, dishonesty and intolerance.

What you'll bring to Circle:
