We are a healthcare accounts receivable and self-pay management firm. We are privately owned and operated based in Nashua, New Hampshire. We have been in business since 2007 and have an excellent regional and national client base allowing significant and steady growth.

We are a call center handling patient accounts for our clients. We assist patients in understanding and resolving their medical bills.

What Job includes (but not limited to):

• Receiving inbound calls and placing courtesy outbound calls
• Negotiating payment and/or payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances
• Assisting patients with insurance issues
• Documenting communications

Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations.

Schedule M-F – start at 8:00am or 8:30am depending on staffing needs.

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Ability to help patients in a caring and courteous manner
• Medical Office Experience helpful
• Able to handle high volume in-bound and out-bound calls.
• Possess a willingness to learn- Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience
• Excellent written, oral communication and telephone skills
• PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
• Team-oriented
• Detail oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual a plus.
