Metro-West Powersports Motorcycle Dealer
is accepting applications and conducting personal interviews to hire an
Experienced Motorcycle / Powersports Sales Manager
Candidates must have 3 - 5 years prior powersports / motorcycle sales experience. Must be very well organized, hard working, diligent and a team member. Strong management skills and verifiable references required.
Job duties:
Successfully manage a sales team of at least 5, all aspects, training, development, goal setting, and if necessary, discipline
Coordinate F&I with sales to maximize each sale
Strong closing skills, sales development, Smart ACV assessment
Coordinate BDC and sales team activities
Support sales events to drive traffic and interest in the brand
Motorcycle license, riding experience and a good driving record are required.
