Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Represent our clients at event spaces throughout Washington, DC, bringing a personable approach to every interaction as you promote their brands, products, and services.
- Relationship Building: Understand customer needs through fact-finding conversations, building connections that lead to lasting client relationships.
- Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations to highlight our client’s offerings, drawing public interest and sparking engagement.
- Product Expertise: Acquire and maintain knowledge of the brand’s offerings and competitor products to stay informed and competitive.
- Customer Support: Address questions and provide product information to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Customer Registration: Process new customer registrations and input data accurately into the client’s secure online system.
- Reporting & Tracking: Record daily interactions and compile feedback to help assess performance and outcomes for continuous improvement.
