Associate Marketing Manager with 2-3 years current, hands-on Google Ads Search PPC Experience

The Associate Marketing Manager is an integral member of our Search Engine Marketing team. Primary responsibilities will include PPC advertising account creation and management, along with in-depth analysis of cumulative data. Additional duties may include manipulation and monthly reporting of key metrics and communication with and training of clients’ front office staff.
Required Qualifications:
* 2-3 years current hands-on Google Ads Search PPC management
* Keen attention to numeric and written detail
* Sound analysis of information Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* Ability to explain concepts in a concise way that help others understand
* Ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Excellent customer service capabilities, both via e-mail and phone
* Good listening and comprehension skills

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the overall performance of assigned client accounts, specifically related to PPC management, but also in collaboration with our SEO and local listing teams
* Daily monitoring & maintenance of PPC campaigns, with an emphasis on keyword performance, including search queries, ad performance & budgets
* Ad creation and testing In-depth analysis of paid search performance
* Assist Account Executive in maintaining client relationships & troubleshooting concerns
* Providing assistance with monthly reports / training of support staff
* Quarterly in-person meeting in SE Denver
Compensation and Benefits:
* $21 – $22/hr Starting
* Fully vested 401k (with company match of 100% for first 3% and 50% for next 2%) after 1-year
* PTO 1 week after 6 months employment
* PTO additional week after 1 year employment
* PTO Total 4 weeks after 2 years employment
* 6 paid holidays
* Fully remote training
* No daily commute
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
