Are you looking to break into the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start at $40,000 and first year commissions are expected to be around $25,000.
Salary: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Interact with clients, assess their insurance needs, and offer personalized advice.
- In-Person Meetings: Conduct face-to-face discussions with clients to understand their expectations and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
- Policy Recommendations: Recommend insurance plans that align with clients' specific needs and financial goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the agency's client base and grow revenue.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Licensing: Possess an active California Property & Casualty License.
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients and providing exceptional service.
