Our Junior Account Executive's primary responsibilities include selling individual and group tickets on a daily basis with an emphasis on customer service. Candidates will work closely with the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales, assisting with all functions of the ticket office. Start date is January 13th.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Organizing and selling group and package tickets
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals
- Manage various youth programs like our Caresource Camp Day
- Assist running the Will Call/Ticket Sales windows
- Supporting game day staff and helping maintain the gold-standard of guest services during events
Compensation and Benefits:
This is an internship position that will pay a stipend of $1,000 a month with a commission structure. Additional compensation through commission will range from $5,000 - $7,000+.

Experience / Qualifications Required:
- Interest in Minor League baseball, ticket sales or sports management.
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Individual must be energetic, enthusiastic, and dedicated
- Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Superior problem-solver, with ability to work independently
- Effective organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be a team player and be willing to help in all areas of the business
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 2 hours
