Antenna Phased Array Package Engineer

What you will do:

· Work on antenna projects from all the way to conception to manufacturing and testing.

· Design Mm-Wave antenna array package designs. This includes designing and optimizing antenna elements, power divider networks, broadband transitions etc.

· Perform antenna simulations, interpret results, and make necessary conclusions. Characterize the antenna element using VNA and anechoic chamber.

· Work with Chief Antenna Scientist to design mm-wave phased array antennas.

· Work closely with the team of RF engineers to integrate antenna PCB with RF chips.

· Work with packaging partners to prototype antenna-on-chip packages. Discuss design capabilities, DFM rules, and necessary limitations of the fab.

· Work with packaging partners to bring antenna-on-chip packages to production.

· Work with customers on performance requirements.

Education Requirement:

· Ph.D. Preferred.

· Coursework in Electrical Engineering, Antenna Theory, Microwave Engineering, and Electro-Magnetics.

Prior Experience:

· 2+ years of work experience in Mm-Wave antenna array package design and testing is preferred.

· 2+ years of managerial experience is preferred.

Tool Skills:

· Prior experience with RF test equipment.

· Knowledge of antenna simulation software packing, including Ansoft, WIPL-D, or CS

Language Skills:

· English fluency required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
