Job Title:
Account Manager (CUSTOMER SUCCESS TEAM)
Job Summary:
The core objective for an Account Manager is to work closely with our existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction, to work with our project management team to ensure proper onboarding of new clients, and to train the clients when needed. A creative, energetic, and highly self-motivated individual is sought to effectively fill this role. Phone conferences and in-person meetings with existing customers in order to strengthen customer-business relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales engineers will supplement the Account Executive role to bridge the gap in technical discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Help with information gathering for new projects
- Take over as the main point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Discover upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Attendance to business networking events:
- Expos
- Social Networking Events
- Business Networking Events
- Provide product and service training to customers (Virtual and/or in-person)
- Training of products and services to existing customers when needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Quarterly Customer Account & Satisfaction Reviews
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Routine planning, reporting, and documentation of existing customer outreach activities
- Post-Deployment Satisfaction Reviews
- Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of work experience in business-to-business sales. Telecommunication or technology-related sales experience is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, Proficient in word processor software and systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Proficient with popular CRM platforms
- Must work well within a team environment.
- Ability to present ideas in varying levels of technical language.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- High energy level and positive attitude.
- Enthusiasm for success.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
Work Conditions
