We’re looking for a Petrochemical Business Development Manager in the petrochemical industry.
Our client stands as a pioneering global trader in energy equipment and petrochemical products since 1987. The Petrochemical Business Development Manager will be responsible for sales in North America.

Petrochemical Business Development Manager responsibilities:
- Execute market development initiatives and oversee project tracking for petrochemical products (e.g., paraffin wax, urea, ammonium sulfate, catalysts, etc.) within the North American region.
- Conduct regular client visits and potentially undertake business trips across Canada and the USA.
- Communicate periodic updates on market development advancements to the General Manager.
- Deliver bi-weekly written reports detailing completed tasks, project advancements, and pertinent market insights.
- 5 or more years of experience in the Canadian petrochemical industry, with previous procurement or sales experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Canadian refining, petrochemical industry, market and related commodities
- Have target customers and products preferred.
- Preferably based in Calgary or able to travel to Calgary frequently.
- The discussed salary range is $90,000 – $120,000 depending on experience
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
