We would prefer candidates who have relevant experience in pipes/valves/fire protection and speak both French and English. Also, We would like to see freshers' profiles with an educational background in Sales/Marketing who speak both French and English
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- College Diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Two (2) years’ experience in a customer service, sales, or warehouse environment, preferably with progressive levels of responsibility
- A combination of education and experience
Primary Job Duties
- Responsible for receiving sales orders from customers by phone, fax, email, or via sales representatives; enters all information required for order picking into the system; transcribes all nonstock material in orders to material control for purchasing purposes.
- Responsible for resolving customer issues and/or problems; liaise with outside sales, accounting/credit department, materials control, and warehouse to investigate and resolve issues; recommends improvements and corrective actions.
- Responsible for preparing sales and delivery quotations; communicating quotes and product specifications; liaising with warehouse personnel to coordinate deliveries with customers; following up as required/requested.
- Responsible for actively using selling techniques to increase sales through the use and promotion of complementary and/or substitution products and specially priced items, proactively contacts customers as required/requested, and reports on customer activity.
- Responsible for following up on direct shipments from suppliers to customers to ensure order delivery and billing are completed and timely; prepared documentation for customer-returned material to stock and/or to the supplier.
- Responsible to remain current with Company products and services.
- Responsible for participating in the Company Health and Safety Program; undertake training as required/requested; to ensure adherence to all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Secondary Job Duties
- Assist with acquiring Mill Test Reports (MTR) from suppliers for our customers as required/requested.
- At smaller sites will be responsible for assisting in the warehouse when required/requested (picking/packing, shipping orders, re-stock inventory)
- Assist with physical inventory as required/requested.
- Assist with reception duties as required/requested.
- Participate in special sales functions and trade shows as required/requested.
- Prepare and generate reports as required/requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,732.22-$63,321.96 per year
