Role Description

ASTRRA Cabinets is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Cabinet Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to builders and potential clients, fostering new leads, and driving sales growth both inside and outside the showroom.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in sales, in cabinetry, kitchen and bath or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Thorough understanding of kitchen and bath design and various cabinet company product lines.
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, dimensions, details, and specifications.
  • Experience creating kitchen and bath designs with 2020 design software would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to builders, contractors, and potential customers to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Work with Retail customers providing guidance and support throughout the selection process understanding their preferences as needed.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for clients, detailing cost breakdowns, timelines, and project scopes for cabinet installation.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for cabinet design and sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the design team to provide tailored solutions and product recommendations to clients based on their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct on-site visits and showroom consultations to showcase our products and services, effectively communicating the value proposition of ASTRRA Cabinets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Continuously developing knowledge of cabinet materials, hardware, finishes, and countertop materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Experience:
