Job Overview:
We are expanding our sales team and looking for a results driven Inside Sales Representative to be at the forefront of revenue growth. This role involves proactive engagement with customers, managing sales processes, supporting field sales teams, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
New Product Sales & Quoting:
- New Product Sales: Make outbound calls to pursue new accounts and engage potential customers.
- Quoting: Generate and deliver prompt, accurate customer quotes, aiming for a high conversion rate.
- Quote Follow-Up & Closing: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure quotes are closed efficiently.
- Decoding & Product Sourcing: Assist in product decoding and sourcing as required to meet customer needs.
Sales Support for Field Sales:
- Route Maps & Appointment Setting: Coordinate routes and schedules for Field Specialists, ensuring efficient operations.
- Miscellaneous Client Requests & Issue Resolution: Handle client requests and troubleshoot issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support Field Sales: Provide Field Specialists with necessary information and facilitate customer connections.
Proactive Business Development (Phone Sales):
- Campaign Follow-Up: Engage with prospects from sales campaigns, ensuring consistent communication.
- Prospecting & Qualifying: Identify and qualify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Ongoing Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with geographically distant clients to nurture relationships and close deals where face-to-face meetings are not possible.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in a sales or sales support role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong customer focus and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
