Business Development at Nutanix
This role will be part of the Global System Integrator (GSI) team at Nutanix. The team's main focus is to establish and strengthen partnerships with Global System Integrator companies such as TCS. The team collaborates with various stakeholders within Nutanix, including sales, technical, marketing, and solutions teams, to drive revenue growth and pipeline goals with the GSI partner. The team also works on joint business planning, solution development, go-to-market strategies, and enablement activities. The team is results-driven and plays a crucial role in driving Nutanix's business with Global Enterprise Customers through the GSI partner.
Your Role
- Drive revenue and pipeline growth with Global System Integrator (GSI) partner - TCS
- Create and execute joint business plan with GSI partner TCS
- Build strong relationships with GSI TCS and Nutanix teams
- Develop account-based strategy for large enterprise accounts
- Facilitate flexible commercial constructs for the partner
- Define and track business metrics and conduct regular reviews
- Enable partner stakeholders through training sessions
- Build an account based strategy to crack large enterprise accounts
- Evangelize joint solutions with other OEMs (HPE, Cisco and Microsoft) Ensure regular cadence between global and regional leaders of organizations
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience managing a Global Systems Integrator partner
- 3+ years of experience managing TCS as a GSI
- High-level understanding of software, cloud, virtualization, storage, and data center technologies
- Proven track record in developing and executing business and revenue plans through alliance partnerships
- Strong business, technical acumen, and negotiation abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the GSI organization
- Expertise in developing and executing solutions sales and marketing programs Highest level of personal and professional ethics and integrity

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 232,400 and USD $ 348,600 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
