Job Description
Connect people and communities by offering best-in-class fiber services through door-to-door solicitation of new prospective customers. This is not a remote job. In fact, as a Territory Sales Representative you will sell our products and services in a door-to-door manner. You will be canvassing neighborhoods and providing the community with reliable fiber internet services.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Spends approximately 90% of the time in an outside environment for extended periods in any season, with potential exposure to inclement weather.
- Acquires new residential customers through door-to-door contact from assigned leads. Develops and presents sales presentations/proposals on products and services that meet customers’ needs.
- Work non-traditional work hours to maximize customer contact opportunities. Well-informed about our competitors' activities in assigned territory; informs manager of any changing competitive pricing programs, marketing directives, or door-to-door sales tactics.
- Update the Customer Relationship Management with relevant customer information, conversion status, and notes.
- Manage the customer account from the sale through installation. Perform telephone follow-ups on each sale after it is installed to ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
- Set up and attend community events that will allow for sales opportunities.
- Of course, you'll need to maintain the highest ethical standards, follow company policy, and be a professional when representing us, taking ownership of the customer experience.
Why Territory Sales?
- Earn 75K to 100K per year or more in total compensation (BASE+COMMISSION)
- Base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. The pay for this position has a base salary range of $35,000.00 to $45,000.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license, good driving record, reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Proficient knowledge of and ability to operate a Smart Phone, iPad and a computer.
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather: heat, cold, rain, snow, etc
- Ability to walk 1 ½ or more miles a day and up and down stairs within your residential territory.
- Must be able to carry an iPad with case and a light bag with marketing materials for 5 plus hours a day.
- Experience in sales, account management or customer service.
Preferred
- BS/BA degree
- Knowledge of local market with established local contacts
- 1+ years of outside/field sales/door to door or related experience with quota requirements
- Experience in residential direct sales, home security or telecommunications industry

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
