State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a bilingual spanish/english Customer Service / Sales Rep/Agent Team Member, for an in office position at a State Farm Agent's office located in on the north side of Chicago.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Continuous network in various ways to develop new prospective insurance customers
