What You’ll Do: As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business and managing client relationships through the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to project completion.
You’ll be selling our turnkey installation services to homeowners, contractors, and project owners, and ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional experience.
Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct virtual consultations and site visits to understand client needs and gather detailed project scope. Bidding & Estimating: Prepare and submit competitive, comprehensive proposals based on client discussions and project assessments.Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and follow up with inbound leads, generate new business through regular prospecting and cold calling.Relationship Building:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, architects, landscape designers, and engineers.Cross-team Collaboration:Work closely with project managers and vendors to ensureprojects arescoped accurately and move seamlessly from proposal to execution.Sales Strategy:Execute plans to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Excellent Communication & Follow-Up Skills–You excel at building trust andkeeping clients informed.Organizational & Time-Management Skills–Ability to handle multiple projects atonce.Construction Knowledge–Hands-on experience with construction materials, pricing,and installation methods.Tech Proficiency–Familiarity with MS Office, QuickBooks, and Salesforce CRMsystems.Customer Service Excellence–Passion for providing top-tier service to clients fromstart to finish.What We’re Looking For:3+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries.1+ year of experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a go-getter attitude.Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings is a plus.Outgoing, motivated, and goal-oriented personality.Valid driver’s license for site visits.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary of $60k–$80k doe, plus commissions, with realistic total earnings of $100k–$130k+.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
