Description:
Xhalé Massage, a premier provider of massage therapy services, is seeking confident and outgoing Sales Representatives to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Sales Representative focused on massage outreach, you will engage with individuals in open settings such as malls, stores, and community events to offer complimentary 60-minute massage sessions at our Delray Beach location.

Responsibilities:

Approach individuals in public settings to introduce them to the benefits of massage therapy and the unique offerings at Xhalé Massage.
Engage in friendly conversation and small talk to build rapport and establish a comfortable atmosphere.
Offer complimentary 60-minute massage sessions to interested individuals, highlighting the rejuvenating and therapeutic effects of our services.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage sign-ups for massage sessions, effectively communicating the value and benefits.
Schedule appointments for interested individuals at our Delray Beach location, ensuring a seamless booking process.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices, strategize outreach efforts, and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Confident and outgoing personality with the ability to initiate conversations and approach strangers in a friendly manner.
Sales-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets and driving results.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively convey information and close sales.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to various public settings.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or promotional roles is preferred but not required.
