Job Description

Inside sales counter work. First point of contact for in person customers, phone sales and directing calls within the company. Order data input and truck scheduling.

What your day will look like:

  • Counter sales to roofing contractors and homeowners.
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls phone management
  • Order taking and data input (system can be taught)
  • Cash management and Cash, Visa, and Debit Sale reconciliation
  • Filing, maintenance of files and counter
  • Showroom cleanliness and display of stocking materials.
  • Truck scheduling and coordination with the shipping staff
  • Periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent combination of experience
  • A least 2 years in a customer service role, preferably in a construction or roofing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Conflict management skills are an asset.
  • Good under pressure
  • Cash handling/reconciling experience is desired.
  • Reliability, strong desire to learn and grow in the role

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
