Overview
We are seeking a motivated and high performing Sales Representative to sell digital web marketing services. The ideal candidate will be self-organized and self-motivated, with a passion for customer service and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients. As a Sales Representative (Digital Success Advisor), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional service in a flexible work environment, which will include traveling the Atlanta area and interacting with medium-sized businesses. Your responsibilities will include researching prospects, building a network, contacting businesses, making presentations, and closing deals. You will also engage with clients during the build phase, managing client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with local businesses to understand their business growth challenges and offer digital tools & tactical marketing solutions.
- Build a local network for future sales growth.
- Research and qualify local businesses to approach.
- Make contact and drive the sale.
- Manage a CRM to optimize tasks and outreach.
- Collaborate with the FLW owner and web developer to achieve monthly sales targets and ensure long-term sales objectives.
- Have a good time and help local businesses thrive!

- You must love getting to know business owners, genuinely care about them, and enjoy solving their marketing problems.
The Gig:
- 100% Commission with achievement bonuses. 1099 Indie Contractor.
- High pay per sign up! 4 - 8 sales per month objective.
- Once the client signs up, your job is done; no client management headaches.
- Flexible schedule. Work when you want.
- No micro-managing; work how you want.
- Work directly with the owner/developer; NO TEAM! Can I get an Amen, hallelujah?!
- NO LONG MEETINGS! Just a very quick weekly check-in.
- All we care about is that you meet your sales objectives & treat people right. Period!
- Over-deliver!
We are a two-person conservative web development team that has been providing web tools and marketing tactics since 2004. We are expanding into other cities and need your help!
