What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Success Manager at FT Consultants, you're not just joining a team—you're becoming part of the adventure! Get ready to dive into:
- Tag-teaming with our Customer Success and Technical Support crews to exceed service expectations, from speedy deployments to solving tricky tech puzzles.
- Being the superhero bridge between our Tech Support pros and Customer Success champions, ensuring our clients get the VIP treatment.
- Diving into the data with our People team, turning numbers into insights, feedback, and fuel for team success.
- Unleashing your creativity to bring new tech and processes to the table, making our customers' experiences unforgettable.
- Jamming with our Training team to whip up training programs that are as engaging as they are effective.
What you'll receive in return:
- Base Salary will be between $60K and $100K depending on past experience and proven track record of managing team members both in person and in a call center type environment.
