Lifetime Roofing, a dynamic and growing roofing company in East Lansing, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated Residential & Commercial Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team. You will be supported in the role by an experienced roofing sales leader, who will act as a mentor and team leader.

Responsibilities:
- We provide plenty of warm leads with opportunity for self-generating leads through supported lead generation work, if desired.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments.
- Provide detailed electronic estimates and proposals to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the Project Team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience in residential roofing sales (at least 1 year).
- Possess a valid Michigan salesperson license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in basic computer applications.
- Suitable vehicle and either iPad, Tablet or Laptop for in home presentations.

Compensation, Rewards, and Benefits:
- Competitive part first year from late April to December 2024 projected commissions of $150,000 - $220,000 with a clear pathway to double this in 2025.
